AHHS GRAND EVENT & LIMITED BREEDERS SWEEPSTAKES STALLION AUCTION

The 2017 American Hackney Horse Society Grand Event is scheduled for March 24-25, 2017 at Caesars Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino in Elizabeth, Indiana (Louisville, Kentucky Area). The activities will start Friday evening with a complimentary meet and greet hosted by the AHHS Grand Event Committee. All AHHS members and guests are invited to attend. The activities continue Saturday with two informative sessions. The AHHS Annual Membership meeting will be held at 4:30 followed the LBS Dinner and Stallion Auction. The complete agenda and time schedule will be published soon.

The AHHS Youth Medallion High Point winners will be recognized Saturday evening prior to the Stallion Auction. The committee is planning youth activities for Saturday afternoon.

The annual Silent Auction with numerous outstanding items will be available for bidding. The traditional Regional Association theme baskets will return to this years auction. If you would like to donate an item for the Silent Auction please contact Alicia Schuckert.

The highlight of the weekend is the Limited Breeders Sweepstakes Stallion Service Auction. The committee is accumulating an impressive group of stallions for the auction. If you want to donate your stallion to the auction please contact Tom Lowry, Rodney Hicks or Matt Schuckert.

The Committee has secured a block of room for Grand Event attendees. The room rate is $129.00 (plus applicable taxes) per night. Reservations can be made by contacting the Caesars Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino at 866.676.7463.

The committee is working hard to insure the weekend is filled with informative and family friendly fun events. Mark you calendars and plan to join your Hackney friends March 24-25th for a fun filled weekend.
