The International Saddlebred Hall Of Fame will hold its third annual induction ceremony on June 2 at the historic Simmons' Stable in Mexico, Mo.
Hosted by the Simmons' Stable Preservation Fund, Inc., the event will begin with a social hour at 5 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner at 6 before the induction ceremony. This year's inducetees will be: the Greenwell Family, the Hulse Family, Gayle Lampe and Smith Lilly, as well as two posthumous inductees, the Lee brothers (George Lee and W.D. "Bill" Lee), as well as Shirley Drew Hardwicke.
Tickets are $35, and must be purchased by May 28. They may be purchased in person at Jim Stubblefield Furniture in Mexico, or by phone at (573) 473-5930. Payment may be made by cash or check, and checks should be made payable to Simmons' Stable Preservation Fund, Inc., P.O. Box 843, Mexico, Mo. 65265.
