Tanbark Cavalcade of Roses Announces Changes for 2019 Show

Published: March 04, 2019

Planning is well underway for the 65th annual version of the Tanbark Cavalcade of Roses Horse Show, to be held on June 26-29, 2019 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in St. Paul, Minn.

Judging the show this year will be Sandy Lilly, Princeton, W.V., Max Ciampoli, Maryland Heights, Mo., and Christy Parker, Brunswick, Ga.

In consideration of the ongoing discussions with USEF and the work in progress by the Joint Leadership Council formed by UPHA and the national breed organizations, Tanbark officials determined that it was in the best interest of Tanbark and its exhibitors to NOT be USEF approved in 2019. The show will continue to meet the same standards as it has in the past, including having a show steward who will be responsible for ensuring Tanbark remains a fair competition for all.

If you have any questions about the show, please contact: Sally Snyder Tesch, 763-559-4896, sstesch@juno.com or Doug Lindstrom, 715-386-3966, douglas.a.lindstrom@wellsfargo.com.
