On Thursday, Jan. 25, the Kentucky State Fair Board of Directors voted to start the 2018 World’s Championship Horse Show Thursday August 16. Show manager Scarlett Mattson said that no new classes will be added to the schedule and the show will end on Saturday evening August 25 with the traditional Five-Gaited World’s Grand Championship.
