The Saddlebred world said goodbye to L.F. “Lonnie” Lavery Oct. 31. He was a third generation horse trainer, whose family has specialized in the training of American Saddlebred horses for nearly one hundred years.
It is with immense sadness that we report the passing of arguably one of the greatest Country Pleasure Driving horses of all time, the incomparable CH Callaway’s Pretty Penny.
This gallant mare passed away Saturday, Oct. 27 at Hollow Haven Farm in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
